Reliability
We provide onsite supervision to make sure the job is getting done and getting done right. In addition, before a worker makes it to your site, they undergo a variety of screening and assessment tests to make sure they are of the highest quality. These include:
Drug screening
State and national background checks
All workers are employees, not independent contractors. All employees have complete employee files including W-4s, state withholding documents and I-9s
Short Term Requirement Response
Just Temps recognizes the importance to customers of supplying quality staff quickly for all types of events and we routinely fill last-minute orders. Clients may have unexpected needs or have an unforeseen shortage of internal staff. The Company has the following assets in place to respond to these needs:
Just Temps operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our offices open at 5:30 a.m. daily. Clients can be assured that we will immediately respond to an emergency order. The Company does not use an answering service and has our management team covering nights and weekends themselves.
The size and scope of our company ensures that we most always have staff available.
Just Temps operates a Transportation Division. We dispatch employees 24 hours a day for short-term orders.
Just Temps has a demonstrated ability and the assets to respond to short-term orders. However the Company does not substitute quality under any circumstances. If we receive a short-term order, and we believe we are at capacity, we will inform the client immediately
